Ørslev Bjerge IF
A complete club website built from scratch. Four departments with a page each, news, sponsors, facilities and a newsletter — and an admin panel for every part, so the board can change all of it themselves without having to ring anyone.

How it looks right now
This is the real site — not a screenshot. Scroll around inside the window, or open it in a tab of its own.

The brief
One club, four departments, one site
Ørslev Bjerge IF needed a single place where members could find times, news and contact details — and where each department could look after its own without waiting for a webmaster.
So every department has its own page and its own admin panel. The football committee edits football. Gymnastics edits gymnastics. Nobody touches anyone else's.
The board has to be able to fix it themselves. Otherwise it never gets fixed.
- Four department pages. Football, gymnastics, badminton and fitness, each with teams, times and the people to contact.
- Eight admin panels. One per department plus the main club, news, sponsors and the newsletter — all behind a login.
- News and announcements. The board writes straight onto the site; it is published immediately.
- Sponsor display. Sponsors get space on the front page and can be swapped out without outside help.
- Newsletter. Members sign up on the site, and the list is managed in the same place.
- Instructor panel. A separate way in for the people running the teams.
- Facilities and ways to support. Practical information about the hall and pitches, and how to support the club.
- Search across everything. One search field that looks across departments and news alike.
The practical side
Built to survive a change of board
Club websites usually die the moment the one person who could edit them steps down. So nothing on this site depends on anyone being able to code: every piece of content sits behind a panel with ordinary fields and buttons.
No coding
Text, images, news, times and sponsors are edited in form fields. There is not one place where you have to go into the files.
Permissions per department
Each committee has its own login and sees only its own. Nobody can accidentally delete another department's content.
Their own address
The site lives on the club's own domain, oebif.dk, with HTTPS and a sitemap from day one.
Should your club have the same?
We build it, set the panels up and teach the board to use them. After that you are on your own — in a good way.
