What it costs
Below are the guide prices, so you can do the maths before calling. The final price depends on your setup — how many screens, how many participants, how much has to be pulled from the systems you already use.
Prices vary from customer to customer. A boarding school with three screens and a club running one event a year are not the same calculation. Write to us and you get a real number.

All prices exclude VAT. Support is included in the subscription — you are not charged for calling when something goes wrong. Buy several modules and they share the same data foundation, which makes the setup cheaper than the sum of the parts.
Common questions
The practical bits
Why does almost everything say "from"?
Because setups differ. Pulling timetables from your existing system takes longer than typing a weekly plan by hand. We give a fixed number once we have seen your setup — not a range for you to guess within.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. The subscription runs month to month with one month's notice. Setup is paid once and does not have to be paid again if you pause and come back.
What does support cover?
All ordinary help: questions, faults, changes to the setup, a hand before an event. We only charge separately if you ask for new functionality that has to be built.
Can we start with one module?
Yes, and most do. The modules share a data foundation, so the next one can be added later without setting anything up again.
Who owns the data?
You do. We run the systems, but your participant data, results and content are yours and can be exported as CSV whenever you want.
