Project OSIS

One data foundation.
Eight modules.

OSIS is what boarding schools, sports clubs and event organisers run on when a day has to work: hundreds of participants, screens that show the right thing, results that are final before people leave the hall.

Pick the module you are missing. The others can be added later without setting anything up again.

LiveSync

Live

Big screen, stream and overlays driven by your own numbers. One click at the event desk updates the hall screen, the info screens, the operator's iPad, the audience app and the broadcast graphics at once.

Camp Suite

In production

Camp logistics without spreadsheets and roll calls. Participant records, bulk import, schedules, announcements and a digital lights-out round on the phone.

Competition Suite

Live

The competition is settled while it runs, not three hours later. Real-time judging panel, automatic scoring, tie-breakers, video replay and anti-fraud audience voting.

Digital Signage

In production

Info screens that show the right thing without anyone typing it in. Kiosk OS on our own hardware, one central CMS, automatic overnight restart.

NFC DMS

Live

Access and equipment handled with a single scan. An iOS scanner reads the tag, the log writes itself, and a live dashboard shows where everything is.

Payment Suite

In development

Card, MobilePay and cash in one flow at the kiosk. Built so the queue keeps moving even when the network does not. Ask about becoming the first customer.

Key Portal

In production

A web-based key register that replaced the spreadsheet at a boarding school: 187 keys, four key types, person profiles, accessory tracking and an activity log.

Mobile Check-in

In production

A handheld NFC scanner for checking students in and out. A native iOS app on the same data layer as the rest of OSIS.

Why one platform

Because the alternative is six systems that do not talk

  • One participant list. Registered once, and the same person appears in judging, on the screen and at the gate.
  • One design language. The staff who learn one module already know the next one.
  • One phone number. When something breaks half an hour before the start, there is one place to call.
  • You own the data. We run the systems, but the participant data, results and content are yours, exportable at any time.

What are you missing?

Tell us how the day runs today, and we will tell you which part is worth automating first.
